Individual coaching programme for 2nd and 3rd line leaders. Personal leadership development for 1st line leaders. Personal leadership development, change leadership and ‘Train the Trainer’ for ‘Top 10’ leaders.
Design, delivery and follow up of a ‘Train the Trainer’ programme in 7 modules (16 days) for sales managers, with individual coaching in-between modules. Programme content focuses sales leadership, business acumen, pedagogy and facilitation skills as well as selling skills.
Facilitation of 3 modules (8 days) as part of an on-going Leadership Academy for CEOs and CFOs of Indutrade’s 300 member companies. Individual coaching of participants in-between modules.
Facilitation of an international leadership programme in 2 modules for first line leaders with high potential. The overall objective is to increase leadership competencies through providing a comprehensive toolbox for effective leadership.
