Kerstin is a senior expert in people and organisational development. With a background in line management in marketing and sales, she has more than 18 years of experience in strategic management consulting, leadership training, sales training, change management and executive coaching. She has designed and delivered sales and leadership academies for multinational companies with affiliates in over 40 countries.

Kerstin is reputed as a highly competent and inspiring facilitator, aiming at achieving sustainable behavioral change, leading to measurable results for her clients. She is experienced in building global trainer communities and train the trainer concepts. As Performance Catalyst, Kerstin runs her own consultancy company and has worked with companies such as LEO Pharma, Eton Shirts, Cloetta and Sweco. She has been selected as a preferred partner to the most well-known post graduate business school in Sweden, IHM Business School, for which she runs both open and customised leadership training programmes. Kerstin facilitates in four languages (English, Swedish/Scandinavian, German and French) and excels in an international environment.
