I have together with IHM and Kerstin Saaw developed a leadership program designed for managers in Cloetta’s Swedish sales force. The training focused on the following areas: change management, situational leadership, leadership training and coaching, with the purpose to create greater involvement and participation and to contribute to behavioural change. My overall aim was to improve skills and to retain and develop employees. Parallel to this, we also developed a program for my regional managers focusing pedagogy and facilitation of selling skills training sessions, which they then delivered to their sales teams at conferences. These initiatives increased motivation and engagement considerably, not only within my team of sales managers but also within their staff. We increased focus on what creates business results, both in leadership and sales. It was a pleasure to work with Kerstin.
