Design, delivery and follow up of a ’Train the Trainer’ programme in 7 modules (16 days) for sales managers, with individual coaching in-between modules. Programme content focuses sales leadership, business acumen, pedagogy and facilitation skills as well as selling skills.
Facilitation of 3 modules (8 days) as part of an on-going Leadership Academy for CEOs and CFOs of Indutrade’s 300 member companies. Individual coaching of participants in-between modules.
Facilitation of an international leadership programme in 2 modules for first line leaders with high potential. The overall objective is to increase leadership competencies through providing a comprehensive toolbox for effective leadership.
